England begin their latest bid to end a near six-decade trophy drought when they entertain Serbia at Euro 2024 with the Three Lions looking to finally land a major prize on the international stage.

Gareth Southgate's side have come close in recent tournaments, reaching the semi-finals of the 2018 World Cup and the final of Euro 2020, but they have not won a major trophy since the 1966 World Cup.

England will be confident of their chances of success at Euro 2024, having been drawn in a relatively favourable group alongside Serbia, Hungary and North Macedonia.

Serbia will be no pushovers, however, and they will be looking to make a statement in their first major tournament since 2010.

The match between England and Serbia will take place at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, March 25.
